About me

I'm Josefine, a Lead Product Designer based in Stockholm. I have 20 years of experience from advertising, digital design, branding and product design. I've been working as a Digital Art Director, Product Designer and Design Lead. That means I can help you with leading or operating your design work, facilitate your creative process, creating a design strategy, making your service useful and engaging or designing your brand.

​Creating a product vision - driving the process together with PM.

Foster collaboration with stakeholders and adjacent departments such as tech, commercial, CX and content, initiating methods such as design sprints, customer journey mapping, cross-functional workshops etc.

Developing the Viaplay brand. E.g. brand positioning, tonality, brand
guidelines, design principles, illustrations style. Driver of long term
design programs.

Lead UX and Head of Design on team progress and culture, enable
and foster cross-team collaborations.
